Strawberry, Banana, Blueberry & Coconut Smoothie

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

We like to freeze almost half our fruit on grocery day.  That way when we make smoothies they’re icey cold and thick without having to add ice cubes, which water it down.  Adding coconut water is a great way to replenish post workout as it is full of electrolytes.  Blueberries and bananas provide antioxidants and potassium, also beneficial post WO.   This is a perfect smoothie to add to your morning breakfast, or post WO as mentioned.

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and blend
