Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup instant rice
  • 1 can flaked light tuna, low sodium in water.
  • Franks Red Hot sauce


  1. Cook rice as per the instructions on the box.
  2. Drain water from tuna and add to the rice. Mix well.
  3. drizzle franks red hot to taste and mix some more.
