Blue Raspberry Creatine Smoothie.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup 100% orange juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 banana (frozen if you have it)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen if you have it)
  • 1/4 cup raspberries (frozen if you have it)
  • 1 scoop protein
  • 1 scoop of creatine. We added blue raspberry Con-Cret.

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and blend until smooth!

Approx. Macros:

404 Cals | 2.2g Fat | 72.4g Carbs | 29g Protein
