Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 cup 100% orange juice
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 banana (frozen if you have it)
- 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen if you have it)
- 1/4 cup raspberries (frozen if you have it)
- 1 scoop protein
- 1 scoop of creatine. We added blue raspberry Con-Cret.
- Mix all ingredients together and blend until smooth!
