This month’s WOM comes to us from CrossFit Bolton. This one was pretty tough. I had to substitute the wall balls for the thrusters because I’m a garage warrior (ceiling is too low…) The 75 shoulder presses/push presses/jerks were killer. Those made the thrusters and burpees 75x harder!
A. EMOM for 12 minutes – Split jerk (work up to 95%)
B. 115lb shoulder to overhead x 75
C. 3 rounds for time:
25 Thrusters 65lbs
25 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24″
