Below  is a post from the Paleo Nick website about meal plan 15.6 that we here at Eat Train Gain completed. We were required to select, grocery shop, prepare and snap pics of the meals along the way. It was a great week with some amazing food! Thanks to Paleo Nick for the opportunity to take part in this.

Meal Plan 15.6


15.6 is a great plan with some super approachable RECIPES. I want to encourage you go give it a go and know that I am here to support you in every way possible, aside from coming and cooking for you 😉

This week’s meal tester was: Cory King of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
