Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal uncooked
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 large tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana (Frozen if you have it)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and blend until smooth

Macros:

460 Cals | 22.5g Fat | 73.4g Carbs | 38.3g Protein
