Peanut Butter Protein Power Balls

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond slivers chopped into smaller crumbs
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 scoops protein

Directions:

  1. Mix all of your dry ingredients into a large bowl (oatmeal, protein powder and almond slivers)
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey then using a fork, mix well until the ingredients begin to clump together
  3. Add the milk and continue mixing until the consistency looks like it is ready to ball up. It should be sticky and mixed thoroughly.
  4. you can wet your a hands a little bit or use a spoon to form the balls. The mixture is quite sticky. This will make you 11 decent sized protein balls

Approx macros per protein ball:
125 Cals | 4.9g Fat | 16g Carbs | 7g Protein

    Hey I want to see more stuff like this, it’s hard to have big meals throughout the day. I find myself grazing a lot so these big protein packed snacks are a life saver

      We will be loading a couple more recipes like this (today actually), including sweet potato chocolate chip cookies and sweet potato protein pancakes. Both make for awesome protein packed snacks, guilt free!
