Protein Oat Clumps

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mash 2 bananas in a mixing bowl
  3. Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix
  4. Drop approx 2 heaping tbsp for each clump on a parchment sheet and bake 15-20 mins

Makes 8 clumps

Approx. Macros per serving:

100 Cals | 6.5g Fat | 13g Carbs | 5g Protein

    If you add the whey protein to the mix, they can be a bit dry. Try eating them with some greek yogurt!
