Strawberry, Mango with Lime and Mint Smoothie

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup 100% orange juice
  • .5 cup coconut water
  • 1 mango
  • .5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • About 10 fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime

Mint leaves are known to have a wide variety of medicinal and health benefits including aiding in weight loss and increasing energy levels to name a few.  Here is a great link providing some information on the benefits of Mint:

Mango and strawberry are 2 very sweet fruits and blended together with the bitterness of lime, make this a delicious treat to add to your morning breakfast.


  1. Add everything to blender and blend!
