Strawberry Pina Colada Protein Shake

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1.5 scoops vanilla protein
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup pine apple
  • 1 scoop of your fav protein (we use Vanilla MP Combat)

Instructions:

  1. Blend until smooth 🙂

Makes 2 shakes

Approx. macros per serving:

197 Cals | 2.5g Fat | 26g Carbs | 18.3g Protein
