Introducing, the Workout of the Month. AKA, the WOM.

Toward the end of each month we are going to select the best, most fun, and/or most gruelling WOD that we completed. It may be from our regular training program, something we read somewhere, or perhaps a suggestion from you! Comment here, send us a link on Facebook or Instagram, or shoot us an email (info@eattraingain.com) with your nomination for the WOM!

This month, we are selecting the featured WOD published in the March 2015 issue of The Box magazine.

At first glance, it looks like it will be pretty fun. Tough, but fun. That is until you get through the first round. Single arm ring rows are extremely difficult, especially after you have completed the first 3 movements!

According to the article:

For kettlebell cleans men: 24kg and women: 16kg

Firebreather: 3:00 – 5:00 minutes

Excellent: 5:01 – 7:00 minutes

Good: 7:01 – 10:00 minutes

Fair: 10:01 or longer
